phjioy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or phjioy personnel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the phjioy platform

• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or sporting event manipulation in connection with phjioy's sports betting markets

All content on the phjioy platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjioy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjioy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phjioy platform without phjioy's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjioy's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to phjioy in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjioy expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, income, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruption of service beyond phjioy's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phjioy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

phjioy collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phjioy.net/privacy-policy. By creating a phjioy account and accepting these Terms, you also accept phjioy's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

phjioy processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized gaming services. phjioy does not sell your personal data to third parties. • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• A request by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• The detection of a self-exclusion order applicable to your account

Upon termination of your account for reasons not attributable to your breach of these Terms, phjioy will return any verified, unencumbered real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your phjioy account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through phjioy's internal dispute resolution process. Complaints may be submitted to phjioy's support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. phjioy will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to provide a substantive resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through phjioy's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR for review in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters shall be final and binding on phjioy.
